Customer Service Representative
Full-time, reports to Customer Service Manager. Assists customers with questions about company products and/or services.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication
- Able to read, comprehend and explain company products
- Good written communication
- Able to handle a variety of customers
- Legible handwriting
- Good mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic office skills such as: Typing 50 wpm, 10 key by sight, Filing (numeric and alphabetical)
- Ability to accomplish the described duties through use of appropriate computer and general office equipment and to meet deadlines
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Accident and Health insurance experience helpful, not required
- Cantonese speaking a plus, not mandatory
Job Duties:
- Assist customers with questions about company products and/or services
- Access database to verify information
- Mail, fax and email product information
- Proofread insurance certificates before mailing to the insured
- Data Entry
- Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by management
