TIS is a member company of USI Holdings Corporation, the 8th largest insurance agency, generating over 6 billion in premium. Since USI's inception in 1994, it has provided insurance-related financial services and property and casualty insurance to the middle market...with over 65,000 business clients. In recent years, it has acquired companies, like TIS, with strong franchise names and a specialized area of expertise.
